As a qualified and experienced chef of 16 years I have catered at some of the most incredible establishments and high profile events, ranging from 2 Michelin Star kitchens to the London 2012 Olympics, Premier League Football executive boxes and the 2013 British Grand Prix at Silverstone.


I now work as an Executive Head Chef for a high profile London caterer, servicing some of the most exclusive corporate and private clients in the UK.


Flying Pig is all about cooking the food I love in new and interesting places, using the invaluable help of my trusted team of professional chefs and service staff, and seeing the enjoyment good food can bring to people's days.






I'm lucky to have had the pleasure of working with so many fantastic chefs and caterers during my career. One of my most recent accolades was winning the 2012 ACE (Association of Catering Excellence) Ready Steady Cook Challenge with my chef de partie Laura Hodgskin.


We were given a mystery bag of ingredients and had one hour to plan and deliver a two-course menu using just one induction hob to cook on!


Our menu of pan-fried gilt-head bream with crushed purple potato, watercress, spring onion and lemon buerre blanc followed by pear, blackberry and white chocolate doughnuts with vanilla anglaise took the prize and we were rewarded with a tasting menu lunch at the Fat Duck in Bray.
